摘要

为探明南阳市规模化养殖场畜禽粪便排放量情况以及评价环境效应,利用2013年统计数据,通过预测估算南阳市规模化养殖场畜禽粪便排泄量,粪便中污染物COD、BOD、NH3N、TP和TN的含量,重金属元素的含量,粪便资源发酵沼气产量潜力。结果表明,南阳市规模化养殖畜禽粪便年排放总量为9.15×109 kg;2.43×108 kg COD,BOD 2.25×108 kg, NH3-N 1.97×107 kg,TP 1.84×107 kg,TN 4.84×107 kg;Zn 9.09×105 kg,Cu 5.51×105 kg,Cr 6486 kg,Pb 5158 kg,Cd 613 kg,Ni 8857 kg,As 9484 kg,Hg 58.1 kg;年产沼气潜力为2.45×108 m3,其中鸡粪9.22×107 m3,猪粪1.07×108 m3,牛粪3.11×107 m3,羊粪1.46×107 m3。试验研究可为南阳市畜禽规模养殖场治污管理提供决策依据。

Abstract

To determine the manure excrements of livestock and poultry in large scale farms and their environmental effect in Nanyang, the paper quoted the data in 2013 to estimate the annual output of livestock and poultry, pollutant concentrations of livestock and poultry manure excretions(COD,BOD,NH3-N, TP, TN), contents of heavy metals(Zn,Cu,Cr,Pb,Cd,Ni,As,Hg)in different types of excretion from large scale farms, the biogas production potential of animal manures,etc. The result showed that the total manure output by the livestock and poultry reached 9.15×109 kg/a, including COD 2.43×108 kg/a, BOD 2.25×108 kg/a, NH3-N 1.97×107 kg/a, TP 1.84×107 kg/a, TN 4.84×107 kg/a; metal contens of Zn was 9.09×105 kg/a, Cu 5.51×105 kg/a, Cr 6486 kg/a, Pb 5158 kg/a, Cd 613 kg/a,Ni 8857 kg/a, As 9484 kg/a, and Hg 58.1 kg/a; the biogas production estimated to be 2.45×108 m3/a, among which,9.22×107 m3 by poultry dung; 1.07×108 m3 by pig manure, 3.11×107 m3 by cow dung, 1.46×107 m3  by sheep manure, respectively.
