Status of Tibetan Fish Resources Conservation by Local Legislation

Abstract

The paper analyzed the conservation status of Tibetan fish resources and proposed three major threats that Tibetan fish are facing,namely,alien fish,the construction of hydropower station and overfishing.Therefore, the ideas and principles which should be embodied in Tibetan legislation were put forward, providing a reference.
