Abstract

Two hundred 1-day-old blue-brown-egg chickens were selected and divided into 6 groups, 30 chickens in each group.The treatments were control(basal diet),basal diet +107 cfu/g probiotics, basal diet +300 mg/kg , basal diet+30 mg/kg ,basal diet+5×106 cfu/gj probiotics +150 mg/kg astragalus polysaccharides,and basal diet +5×106 cfu/g probiotics+15 mg/kg yeast polysaccharide respectively.The results showed that probiotics and polysaccharide could enhance the chickens on growth performance, immune organ index and antibody titers and the levels of serum lysozyme.The effect was the best of the probiotics + ASP group,while the probiotics+ zymosan group did not reflect the advantage.
